Crews from Tadcaster and Acomb have attended reports of a two vehicle road traffic collision at the junction with the A162 and the A64. On arrival no persons were trapped and crews assisted paramedics with first aid after making the scene safe.

A crew from Helmsley have attended an automatic fire alarm. This was caused due to a faulty detector head.

Crews from Selby have extinguished approximately 28 hay bales. Crews used 2 hose reels, pitch forks, beaters, lighting and received help from the farmer who removed the affected hay bales of the pile.
