Incident Time 0843 – Manor Road, Easingwold

Crews responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding in a residential home. The cause was burnt toast.

Incident   Time 1050 – Deighton Lane, Northallerton

Northallerton crews assisted the ambulance crew with first aid for a casualty after a single vehicle collision. The female casualty was removed from the vehicle and the scene was also made safe.

Incident  Time 1139 – Ruston, Scarborough

Two crews from Scarborough and a specialist animal rescue team from Malton were mobilised to a horse trapped on a bank. However, on arrival of the first crew the horse was found to be deceased.

Incident  Time 1203 – North Road, Stokesley

Crews responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding in a residential home. The cause was cooking fumes in the kitchen area.

Incident  Time 1302 – Lendal, York

Incident involved a small fire in a grill pan in a first floor kitchen.  Occupant had used a fire blanket and extinguished the fire before the York crew arrived. Inspection by crew and advice given to occupant only

Incident  Time 1533 – Woodfield Square, Harrogate

A smoke alarm was heard sounding in the flat below by a neighbour. Harrogate crew found smoke from cooking fumes had activated the alarm.
