Pan Fire - Harrogate

Location: Fieldway, Harrogate

At 18:20 two appliances from Harrogate were mobilised to reports of a pan fire at a premises on Fieldway in Harrogate.

Upon arrival crews discovered a pan of oil had been on fire and had caused heat and smoke damage to the kitchen and light smoke damage to the remainder of the property.  Fire service crews administered first aid to one female occupant who had sustained burns to her hand when removing the pan from the hob, crews remained on scene until the ambulance crews arrived and transported the casualty to hospital.

Crews used thermal imaging camera to check the property, small tools and first aid kit.

The last appliance left this incident at 19:10.
