Property Fire - Ingleby Road, Great Broughton

Location: Ingleby Road, Great Broughton. 

Time: 0317 hours. 

5 fire engines from Northallerton, Stokesley, Coulby Newham, Thornaby and Guisborough, along with and aerial ladder platform from Darlington, are currently dealing with a fire on Ingleby Road in Great Broughton.

Stokesley appliance arrived on scene to discover the domestic property well alight and quickly requested the support of the other appliances (fire engines).

Crews are currently using 2 main jets, breathing apparatus and the aerial ladder platform to tackle the blaze.

11am update

The fire is now out, and the incident has been scaled down. Only one fire engine remains at the scene, they have been damping down.

A fire investigation officer is due to visit the scene later today.
