Road Traffic Collision - Stone Cross, Northallerton

Location:  Stone Cross, Northallerton

At 0013 hours the Fire Service were called to a Road Traffic Collision involving a LGV and a car.  Fire Crews from Northallerton and Ripon attended.  The incident involved a LGV and a Vauxhall Corsa.  The drivers of both vehicles both males were both out of their vehicles prior to Fire Service arrival.  The male driver of the Corsa was aged approximately 20 years and was walking wounded.  The passengers in the Corsa, both females aged 14 years were trapped.  Crews used cutting equipment to release them.  Both were taken to Hospital one suffering from leg, pelvic and chest injuuries, the other walking wounded.
