Road Traffic Collision - Railway Road, Harrogate

Near Sainsbury's Supermarket, Railway Road. Harrogate 

Time: 1309 hours 

2 fire engines from Harrogate have been called to the scene of a 2 vehicle road traffic collision near to Sainsbury's supermarket on Railway Road in Harrogate.

The incident involved a Mercedes car with 2 adult males, one of which was trapped in the vehicle and a Mazda 3 with 1 male occupant who was also trapped in his vehicle.

Fire crews have released the male casualties from both vehicles using hydraulic cutting gear.  They have both been taken to hospital, one suffering superficial injuries and the other suffering suspected back and neck injuries.
