Please see below a round up of incidents from Saturday 26th May Day Shift

In order to ensure that people are not identifiable from our incident round-up, we will no longer be providing street names, for smaller towns and villages, where incidents have occurred.

Great Ayton TOC 10:31

A crew from Stokesley assisted a terminally ill male that had fallen from his bed until paramedics arrived. The crews then assisted paramedics to move the casualty to an ambulance. Casualty was suffering from bruising and breathing difficulties.

Elvington, York TOC 15:46

A two vehicle road traffic collision occurred near Elvington. Crews from Acomb and York attended but on their arrival all persons were out and no actions were required by the Fire Service.

In addition to the above incidents our Fire crews attended automatic fire alarm calls in Thirsk, Scarborough and York.  All were false alarms.
