Toddler Trapped in Dining Chair - Scarborough

Location: Chestnut Bank, Woodlands Area, Scarborough

At 0940 hours the Fire Service were asked to attend a 13 month old toddler who had his arm trapped down the back of a dining chair.  A crew from Scarborough Fire Station attended, they used washing up liquid to ease his arm out.  He was checked over by ambulance crew, he did not attend hospital.
