Tractor Fire - Richmond

Location:  Victoria Road, Richmond

At 1251 hours the Fire Service were called to a tractor on fire which was carrying a trailer carrying barley.  A Fire Crew from Richmond Fire Station attended.  The fire caused 5% fire damage to the cab of the tractor.  Fire crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera to deal with the fire.  The cause of the fire is believed to be a build up of straw dust.
