Weather Related Incidents

Below is a summary of the weather related incidents attended by the Service today.

07:21 Ousegate, Selby

Crews responded to reports of a car stuck in flood water. On their arrival at the scene members of the public had removed the car from the flood water and no action was required by the fire crews.

07:57 Victoria Square, Lythe, Whitby

A fire crew responded to reports of flood water entering a property. They remain at the scene and are using a pump to remove water from a garage which is attached to a house. The fire crew left the scene at 9:05am.
