Incident information

The primary source for incident information is the Service’s voice bank on 0871 8731254. This is updated by our control room 24/7 with the latest incident information. You can also find incident information in breaking news.

We also have a direct line to control 0870 7749992. However, this number will not be answered during busy periods. At larger incidents where resources are available we will provide a press liaison officer.
