The Communications and Media Department for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service consists of:

We also have a dedicated Media line, giving current information on incidents around the county. The Media line uses a recorded ‘Voice bank' message system, which is updated on a 24hr basis by the Control room. The number for the Media line is:
