A crew from Helmsley responded to reports of two vehicle road traffic collision, it was confirmed nobody was trapped in the vehicles. Crews made the vehicles safe using small tools and spreaders.
Time: 10.05 Location: Doncaster Road, Selby
Selby crew responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding, on arrival this was confirmed to be a false alarm due to testing of the system.
Time: 10.21 Location: Sutton In Craven
Skipton crew alongside assistance from Silsden and Keighley appliances (West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service) responded to an electrical fire in a property. Crews discovered the electrical fire and used two breathing apparatus and a powder fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire. Northern power grid attended to isolate the electrics.

Acomb and York crew responded to reports of smoke and an alarm sounding in a property, on arrival this was found to be a false alarm, advice was given to the responsible person.

Kirkbymoorside and Helmsley crews responded to a two vehicle road traffic collision. one individual was trapped in the vehicle, crews stabilised and used a winch to allow the individual to get out the vehicle with assistance. Crews then left them in the care of the paramedics, crews made the scene safe.

Grassington crews responded to a fire alarm sounding at a property There was no sign of smoke or fire on fire crew arrival and after investigation this was found to be a false alarm.
