0719 hrs – Murton, York

Crews from Huntington attended a bonfire which had been left unattended, this was extinguished using 1 hose reel.

0745 hrs – Forest Lane, Harrogate 

Crew from Harrogate attended a fire alarm sounding in a property, this was a false alarm due to aerosol spray.

0757 hrs – Malton

Crew from Malton assisted in gaining access to a property where the occupant was locked out.

0833 hrs – Selby 

An officer attended following request by the Police to inspect a fallen tree in the road.  The incident was left with District Council to deal with.

1105 hrs –  A171, Fylingdales, Whitby

Crew from Whitby attended a two vehicle road traffic collision, no persons were trapped.  Fire crews assisted with scene safety only.

1230 hrs – Kirkby Malzeard

A crew from Ripon attended a property to remove a ring from a person’s finger using ring cutters.

1454 hrs – York 

A crew from Acomb attended a property where a fire alarm was sounding, this resulted in a false alarm due to testing.

1600 hrs – Stokesley 

A crew from Coulby Newham attended an automatic fire alarm which was a false alarm due to a system fault.

1657 hrs – Colburn, Catterick Garrison

Crews from Colburn, Richmond and Bedale are attending a report of smoke coming from a property.  **Incident is ongoing**
