18:18  Park House Green, Harrogate

A crew from Harrogate attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, this was found to be a false alarm due to cigarette smoke

19:35  Ings Lane, Kirkbymoorside

A crew from Kirkbymoorside attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, this was found to be a false alarm due dust from an air conditioning unit

19:45  Windmill Lane, York

A crew from York attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, this was found to be a false alarm due an accidental activation of a breakglass point.

20:23 Thormanby, Easingwold

Easingwold crews responded to an automated fire alarm sounding at an industrial premises. This resulted in a small machinery fire within the premises where a part had burnt out. After electrically isolating the machinery crews used small tools and a thermal imaging camera to inspect and ensure it was extinguished.

20:32 Clarence Street, York

York crews assisted police and ambulance to gain entry into the public toilets to allow paramedics to access the casualty. The crews used small tools and then assisted with casualty care.

York crews responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a public assembly building, this resulted in a false alarm due to a system fault.
