09:53  James Nicholson Link, York

A crew from Acomb attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, upon arrival this was found to be a false alarm, cause unknown

10:17  Front Street, Grosmont, Whitby

Crews from Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay responded to a report of a fire in the kitchen carriage of an empty train, the fire was confined to the area between the internal wood panel and external stainless steel panel of the train, an area of 1sqm was cut away and the fire was extinguished using one hose reel jet, there was no further damage, one hose reel jet, small tools and a thermal imaging camera were used.

12:28  High Street, Skipton

A crew from Skipton attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, upon arrival this was found to be a false alarm, cause unknown, external investigation carried out.

13:32  Main Street, Ripley

A crew from Harrogate attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, upon arrival this was found to be a false alarm, cause unknown.

A66 nr Gilling West

Crews from Richmond, Colburn and Darlington attended a report of a two vehicle road traffic collision. One female was in vehicle with pre-existing back injury, crews stood by until ambulance had carried out an assessment, female taken to hospital for a precautionary check up.  Crews used stabilisation, small tools, iec pack to make scene safe and offer casualty care.

15:27  Market Place, Malton

A crew from Malton attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, upon arrival this was found to be a false alarm, cause unknown

15:42  Brayton, nr Selby

A crew from Selby assisted a male who had fallen within his property and broken his wrist, crew power used to lift male.

16:19  Jubilee Road, Aiskew

A crew from Bedale attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, upon arrival this was found to be a false alarm due to cooking fumes

16:19  Hallfield Lane, Nawton

A crew from Kirkbymoorside attended a report of a chimney fire. Crews are currently in attendance using a triple extension ladder, thermal imaging camera and small tools. The cause is believed to be accumulation of soot.
