Scarth Nick, Preston Under Scar – 18:24
Leyburn crews responded to a controlled burning of waste materials left unattended, crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet.
Raw Pasture Bank, Robin Hood’s Bay – 19:09
Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby crews responded to a small fire to the undercarriage of a bus. The fire was out on arrival and crews used 1 hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera to cool.
Cold Bath Road, Harrogate – 01:22
Harrogate crews assisted Ambulance crews to gain entry to a property. Elderly male occupant had fallen inside. Crews assisted Ambulance with carrying male into rear of ambulance also.
Cheltenham Parade, Harrogate – 02:46
Harrogate crews attended a fire that started in an industrial wheelie bin area next to a restaurant storage building. The fire spread from the bins to the wooden structured storage area. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. Crews used breathing[ apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish the fire.
Lindsay Avenue, Acomb. – 06:22
Acomb crews attended a fire in a wheelie bin storage area of some flats. The cause of the fire is believed to have been deliberate. Crews used a hose reel.
Crews From Scarborough also attended an automatic fire alarm activation, this was a false alarm.
