17:47 A64, High Hutton
Crew from Malton responded to reports of smoke coming from the engine compartment of a car. This was a false alarm caused by steam due to a loose hose. Advice given.
19:33 Burniston Road, Scarborough
Crews from Scarborough, Filey and Robin Hoods Bay responded to reports of smoke in a shower area at a swimming pool. Crews carried out an investigation but located no sign of any fire. Full inspection carried out using thermal imaging camera. This is believed to be a false alarm.
22:49 Broughton Road, Skipton
Crews from Skipton responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a residential premises. This resulted in a false alarm.
05:48 Barton Hill, Malton
Crews from Huntington assisted an elderly male who had fallen in a property. The male was checked over and an ambulance was not required.
06:15 Orchard Road, Malton
Crews from Malton gained entry into a property on behalf of Ambulance. Small tools were used to access the property and occupant left with paramedics on scene.
