06:51 Assist ambulance – Skipton
A crew from Skipton has been called to gain entry to a domestic property to allow paramedics to access a patient. Crew used small tools.
06:53 Assist ambulance – Skelton on Ure
A crew from Boroughbridge has been called to gain entry at a domestic property to allow paramedics to access a patient. On our arrival, entry had been gained. No action by fire crew.
09:13 Lift rescue – Ripon Road, Harrogate
A crew from Harrogate has been called to persons stuck in the lift of a commercial property. 1 female rescued by crews using lift keys.
09:21 Assist ambulance – Off Tower Street, Harrogate
A crew from Harrogate has been called to gain entry to a domestic property to allow paramedics to access a patient. Lock snapper and key pull used.
09:26 Fire – Flaxley Road, Selby
4 Crews from Selby, Tadcaster, York and Snaith, along with the aerial ladder from Huntington, have been called to a fire involving a static caravan used as a permanent dwelling. This resulted in severe fire, heat and smoke damage to the whole of the caravan and it’s contents. Crews have used 6 breathing apparatus, 3 hose reel jets, 2 thermal imaging cameras, various ladders and small tools. the cause is believed to be accidental.

A crew from Harrogate has responded to a smoke alarm activation in a residential property. This was a false alarm due to cooking fumes.

A crew from Skipton has responded to a smoke alarm activation in a residential property. This was a false alarm due to the system being tested.

Crews from Acomb, York and Tadcaster have been called to a road traffic collision involving 2 cars. No persons trapped and no persons injured. Crews carried out scene safety and left incident with Police.
14:15 Road traffic collision – Hunmanby Road, Reighton
A crew from Filey has been called to a road traffic collision involving 2 cars. No persons trapped. Occupants of vehicles suffered minor cuts and bruises. Crew made vehicles safe. incident left in hands of police.
14:39 Vehicle fire – A63 roundabout, Doncaster Road, Selby
A crew from Selby has been called to a Mitsubishi pick-up on fire. This resulted in slight fire damage to the engine compartment only. The fire was out on our arrival. Crew power used to make the vehicle safe and to push it from roadway.
15:43 Lift rescue – Station Road, York
A crew from Acomb has been called to rescue persons stuck in a lift at a commercial property. 4 females rescued by crew used lift keys and small tools.
15:53 Person locked in – High Street, Harrogate
A crew from Harrogate has rescued a child from after they were accidentally locked inside a vehicle. Crew used small tools and child was released uninjured.
