To ensure that people are not identifiable from our incident round-up, we will no longer be providing street names for smaller towns and villages, where incidents have occurred.

18:19 – Acomb

Crews from Acomb responded to reports of a fire in a garden. This resulted in controlled burning under supervision. Advice was given to the resident.

19:55 – Northallerton

Crews from Northallerton responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a commercial premises. This resulted in a false alarm.

20:04 – Acomb

Acomb crews responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a commercial premises. This resulted in a false alarm.

20:40 – Selby

Selby crews responded to reports of a fire in a clearing behind residential properties. The cause was deliberate and the fire was extinguished using knapsack sprayers.

23:11 Harrogate

A crew from Harrogate assisted at an address after a male had fallen on the floor. The crew assisted him onto the bed and left him in the care of his wife.

23:39 – York

York crews responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a commercial premises. This resulted in a false alarm.

00:40 – Scarborough

Scarborough crews responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a commercial premises. This resulted in a false alarm.
