09:06, Cross Hills Lane, Selby

A crew from Selby responded to reports of 2 children locked in a vehicle by accident. Crews were able to gain access via the car door.

10:06, Wigginton Road, York

A crew from York responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm caused by dust.

11:59, Church Fields, Carlton

A crew from Tadcaster used cutters to release a 16 year old boy from a baby swing.

12:12, Gough Road, Catterick

A crew from Colburn responded to reports of a child locked in a car. Crews gained access to the vehicle by smashing window and used a litter picker to retrieve keys.

12:18, Runswick Bay, Saltburn

Crews from Lythe and Whitby responded to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision, where a car had travelled down a steep road and overturned onto boats on hard standing. Two occupants of the vehicle were out on arrival, taken to hospital by road ambulance for precautionary checks. Crew provided first aid and made the scene safe.

13:44, Hutton Le Hole

Crews from Helmsley and Malton responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm cause by workmen on site.

13:51, Wooldale Drive, Filey

A crew from Filey responded to a fire safety issue, where a female could not  switch her oven off, which had rose to high temperatures. On arrival, the oven was switched off and no action was required.

14:52, Normanby, Whitby

Crews from Whitby, Lythe, Scarborough and Filey are currently in attendance at a fire involving containers. Crews are using hose reel jets, thermal imaging cameras, breathing apparatus, main jets and ground monitors to deal with the incident.

A crew from York responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm.
