Northallerton crew attended to a report of a automatic fire alarm at a residential building. This was a false alarm caused by cooking fumes.

Time: 18:13  Location: A64, Seamer

A crew from Scarborough attended to a report of a car fire on the side of the A64. Fire was out on crews arrival, safety checks carried out on the roadside prior to crews standing down.

Time: 18:37  Location: Forest Lane, Alne

A crew from Easingwold attended to a report of a fire seen in the distance. Crews confirmed this to be a controlled burn with a responsible person in attendance.

Crews from Leyburn and Reeth attended to a large grass fire measuring approximately 10 metres, the cause was accidental and extinguished by crews.
