A crew attended flood water outside of properties. They pumped water using a light portable pump and gave advice to occupiers.

Crews attended an incident where a sump pond to the rear of properties was not draining away and caused water to enter properties. Crews used two main pumps and a light portable pump to reduce water levels.

A fire crew liaised with the Environment Agency who were in attendance. They set up an eight inch pump and replaced some hose lengths. Incident left with Environment Agency.
