Time: 1742 Location: Blue Bridge Lane, York
York crew attended an alarm activation. Following investigation on site, this was confirmed to be a false alarm.
Time: 1746 Location: Boroughbridge Road, York
Acomb crew attended the area to investigate a report of smoke. Crew located a controlled burn, under supervision. No action taken, advice given.
Time: 1748 Location: Easingwold
Easingwold crew assisted with releasing a person trapped. Small tools and crew power used to assist.
Time: 1833 Location: High Bentham
Bentham crew responded to the local area to investigate following a report of a street light hanging over a road. On arrival, responsible persons from electric board were in attendance and dealing. Inspection only by fire and rescue, no action required.
Time: 1846 Location: Starbeck
Harrogate crew extinguished a small fire in the open involving a waste bin using backpack sprayers.
Time: 2023 Location: Spa Lane, Harrogate
Harrogate crew attended an alarm activation. Following investigation on site, this was confirmed to be a false alarm.
Time: 2034 Location: Huntington area, York
York and Acomb crews attended a single vehicle road traffic collision. Police and ambulance also on scene. Crews used cutting equipment to assist with the safe release of a casualty from within the vehicle. Casualty left in care of ambulance.
Time: 2041 Location: Rosedale Abbey
Kirkbymoorside crew attended an alarm activation. Following investigation on site, this was confirmed to be a false alarm.
Time: 2124 Location: Thornton in Craven
Skipton and Earby crews attended a single vehicle road traffic collision. No persons trapped. Crews cooled vehicle due to engine bay overheating following the collision. Crews also moved vehicle to safer location off carriageway. Incident left with Police and ambulance on scene.
Time: 2217 Location: Yafforth Road, Northallerton
Northallerton crew responded to assist following a report of a person stuck in a room due to a door lock failure. However, on arrival, this was no longer required. Incident left with responsible persons in attendance.
Time: 2254 Location: Strensall
Huntington crew carried out scene safety following a single vehicle road traffic collision. Small tools and a thermal image camera used to assist. Incident then left with Police.
