Time: 17:27  Location: Scarborough

Crew from Scarborough responded to reports of a fire in a microwave at a property. The fire was out on arrival of crews and had been removed from the property by a responsible person. Crew assisted with ventilating the property.

Time: 18:07  Location: Scarborough

Crew from Scarborough responded to reports of a fire in the garden of a property. Crews attended and found this to be a false alarm caused by controlled burning under supervision.

Time: 18:33  Location: Northallerton

Crew from Northallerton were mobilised to reports of a large fire sighted in the distance by a caller. Crew investigated the area but were unable to locate a fire in the vicinity.

Time: 19:20  Location: Scarborough

Crew from Scarborough responded to reports of a car on fire. Crew used 1 hose reel jet and 1 breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.

Time: 21:43  Location: Coneysthorpe

Malton crews attended a three vehicle road traffic collision, initially reported persons were trapped but on arrival casualties were out of the vehicles and in the care of Ambulance. Crews assisted with scene safety.

Time: 21:45  Location: Bedale

Crews from Bedale and Masham attended a report of smoke seen at a commercial building and the fire alarm sounding this was confirmed to false alarm started within the kitchen.

Time: 03:39  Location: Selby

Crews from Selby and York attended a fire to an electrical heater in the front room of a property. Crews entered under rapid deployment and used 1 hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and prevent escalation.

 

Crews from York and Acomb attended reports of automatic fire alarms which on arrival were confirmed to be false alarms
