Crews from Scarborough and Filey responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding and a smell of burning in a residential property, with no response from the occupier. Crews investigated and confirmed this to be a false alarm .

Crews from Tadcaster and Acomb responded to reports of a fan heator on fire in the rear of a motorhome.
Time: 09:46 Location: Sneaton Low Moor
A crew from Whitby responded to reports of a smoke issuing from the moor. This was a false alarm with good intent, caused by the rising dust from last years major incident.

A crew from Harrogate responded to reports of a fire in the woodland. Crews used 2 knapsack sprayers to extinguish a fire, consisting of scrubland measuring 3m by 3m.

A crew from Skipton responded to a fire alarm sounding in a commercial premises, where there were multiple signals received. This was a false alarm due to testing.

A crew from York responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding in a residential building. This was a false alarm caused by dust.

Crews from Knaresborough and Harrogate responded to reports of a 2 vehicle road traffic collision, involving an electric car and a van. The driver of the car was assessed by paramedics on scene and assisted out of the vehicle, before being taken to hospital via road ambulance. Crews monitored the batteries of the electric vehicle and and stabilised the vehicle.

A crew from York responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding in a commercial building where multiple alarm signals had been recieved. Crews investigated and confirmed this to be a false alarm, caused by cooking.

A crew from Filey responded to reports of a seagull with its leg trapped in a kite wire, on the roof of a single story building. Crews gained access t o the seagull through an open velux window and freed the seagull.

A crew from Scarborough responded to reports of a seagull trapped in netting, two storeys high. Crews cut the netting to allow the seagull to be released.
Time: 13:20 Location: Silsden Road, Low Bradley
A crew from Skipton responded to reports of a fire on a farm. This was a fire to approximately 2 mini digger sized buckets of straw. Crews used a hose reel jet to damp down.

Crews from Filey and Scarborough responded to reports of a stubble field on fire. The fire was out on arrival. Crews damped down and monitored the temperature.

A crew from Richmond responded to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision, involving an electric vehicle into a hedge. The occupier was out on arrival and uninjured. Crews monitored the temperature of the vehicle and confirmed no thermal runaway was present.

A crew from Skipton assisted West Yorkshire with an incident in their area. This was charring on the ground due to fireworks being let off. Crews investigated only.
