Time: 08:47 Location: Silver Street, Barton
Crews from Richmond and Darlington (Durham & Darlington Fire & Rescue Service) responded to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision. The driver was out on arrival and had left the scene. Crews provided scene safety and removed the telegraph pole to a safe location from the road. Crews left the incident with the police.

A crew from Scarborough responded to reports of a person who had fallen within their property and was unable to get up. Crews lifted the person back into bed.
Time: 09:05 Location: Little Barugh
A crew from Malton responded to reports of a fire in the open. This was a small fire measuring 2m by 2m, consisting of wood and brash in the field left unattended. Crews extinguished the fire and damped down the area, using a hose reel jet and small tools.

A crew from Skipton responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm, caused by aerosol spray.

A crew from Scarborough responded to reports of smoke sighted in the forest. This was a false alarm with good intent, no fire was found.

Crews from Scarborough and Filey responded to reports of a fire to a combine harvester. The combine was 100% damage by the fire, and it had spread to 10m by 10m of stubble in a standing crop field. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets, a thermal imaging camera, beaters, small tools, cutters and spreaders, to deal with the incident.

A crew from Selby responded to reports of a fire alarm sounding. This wasa false alarm caused by cooking.

A crew from Filey responded to reports of a fire in the woodland, measuring 4m by 6m. Crews used 2 knapsack sprayers, a light portable pump, a 45mm main jet and a wildfire kit to extinguish.

Whilst attending a community event, a crew from Tadcaster assisted the ambulance service with a patient.

A crew from Whitby responded to reports of a strong smell of smoke in the area of residential premises. No fire was found.

A crew from Tadcaster responded to reports of a field on fire. On arrival, this was found to be a fire measuring approximately 10m by 5m, which was out of control and spread to hedging. Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.

A crew from Northallerton responded to reports of a fire in the open. On arrival, crews requested extra resources in the form of an argocat from Leyburn, due to the difficult access to the area. Crews located a fire measuring approximately 5 square metre, consisting of wood and ground.

A crew from Skipton responded to reports of a fire in the woods. This was a campfire, left unattended, measuring 2m by 2m. Crews used 2 backpack sprayers and 2 shovels to extinguish the fire.
Time: 15:00 Location: Cornwall Road, Harrogate
A crew from Harrogate responded to a strong ammonia like smell emitting from the vents in a residential premises. This was a suspected ammonia leak, caused by a faulty refrigerator. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus cylinders to ventilate the bedroom were the fridge was. Specialist hazardous materials officers attended the incident and used gas detectors to confirm there was no more ammonia present.

Crews from Bedale and Harrogate responded to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision where a car left the road and came to rest in the field. The driver was out of the vehicle on arrival and left in the care of paramedics. Crews disconnected the battery and monitored the temperature.
