Time: 17:24   Location: Bishopthorpe Road, York

York responded to a request from ambulance crews to assist with gaining access to a property after welfare concerns for the occupant inside. Crews gained access and no persons were located inside. The property was left secure and in the hands of paramedics.

Time:  17:29   Location: Stockwell Road, Knaresborough

Knaresborough responded to an activated fire alarm inside a residential flat. After inspection, this was confirmed a false alarm due to cooking fumes.

Time: 18:43   Location: St Benedict Road, York

York responded to an activated fire alarm inside a residential building. After inspection, this was confirmed as a false alarm.

Time: 20:03  Location: Harlow Moor Road, Harrogate

Harrogate responded to an activated fire alarm inside a residential building. After inspection, this was confirmed as a false alarm.

Time:  20:18  Location: Westfield Road, Eggborough

Selby responded to reports of a bin on fire. The fire was out on arrival of crews.

Harrogate responded to an activated fire alarm inside a residential building. After inspection, this was confirmed as a false alarm.

York responded to an activated fire alarm inside a residential building. After inspection, this was confirmed as a false alarm.

Time: 20:42   Location: Winton

Northallerton responded to reports of a fire sighted in the open. This was a controlled burn under supervision.

Time: 21:00    Location: New Queen Street, Scarborough

Crews from Scarborough and Pickering responded to reports of a strong smell of smoke in a residential property. This was caused by cooking fumes in a neighbouring property.

Time: 23:24   Location: Whitcliffe Lane, Ripon

Ripon responded to an activated fire alarm inside a residential property where the occupant was unsure as to why the alarm started to activate. After inspection this was confirmed as a false alarm due to a faulty smoke detector.

Time:  00:08  Location: Haxby Road, York

York responded to a request by ambulance to gain entry to a property where the occupant had fallen inside with the house keys still in the other side of the front door.

Time:  00:43  Location: Huntington Road, York 

Acomb responded to water coming through the ceiling of a residential flat. This was a water leak from the first floor flat into the ground floor flat, following works to the property, causing water damage to the electrics and hallway. Crews isolated water and electrics and left the incident with the homeowner, awaiting arrival of an emergency plumber and electrician.

York responded to an activated fire alarm inside a residential building. After inspection, this was confirmed as a false alarm.

Time: 03:21    Location: Devonshire Way, Harrogate

Harrogate responded to a request from ambulance to assist with the extrication of a patient who had fallen within their property. Crews assisted the ambulance with the extracation, using a casualty drag sheet, and the patient was left in care of paramedics for onward travel to hospital.

Harrogate responded to an activated fire alarm inside a residential building. After inspection, this was confirmed as a false alarm.
