Time: 0833    Location: Snainton, Scarborough

Scarborough crew attended a domestic property to assist with gaining entry. Crews gained access using ladder, no forced entry required. Occupier located and checked by paramedics in attendance.

Harrogate crew attended a domestic property to assist with gaining entry. Crews gained access using ladder, no forced entry required. Occupier located and checked by paramedics in attendance.

Time: 1219    Location: Area close to High Marishes

Crew attended the area following a report of a fire in the open. On arrival, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to a local resident carrying out a controlled burn of garden waste, under supervision. Advice given.

Time: 1220    Location: Selby

Selby crew attended a domestic property following an alarm activation. On arrival and following investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to a fault within the detector. New smoke detector fitted and advice given.

Time: 1438    Location: Gargrave, Skipton

Skipton crew attended to investigate an alarm activation. On arrival and following investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm. This was a detector fault and crews replaced the alarm.

Time: 1500    Location: Murton, York

York crew responded following a report of smoke in the area. On arrival, crew confirmed this to be controlled burning, under supervision. Advice given.
