Time: 09:26  Location: Rowan Close, Harrogate

A crew from Harrogate attended a property on request from the Police following a report of a smell of gas. On arrival, after investigation there was no smell of gas. Advice was given to the homeowner and the gas was isolated as a precaution.

Time: 09:45  Location: Holgate Road, York

A crew from Acomb responded to a fire alarm activation in a residential property. On arrival, after investigation, this was found to be a false alarm due to a fault on the system.

Time: 10:34  Location: Bluebeck Drive, York

A crew from Acomb responded to a fire alarm activation inside a residential property. On arrival, after investigation, this was found to be a false alarm due to a fault on the system.

Time: 10:57  Location: Little Smeaton

A crew from Selby alongside an appliance from West Yorkshire responded to a person that had accidentally become locked inside a property. The person was out of the property on arrival of crews and no fire service action was required.

Time: 13:17  Location: High Street, Boroughbridge

Crews from Ripon and Harrogate attended a three vehicle road traffic collision. All occupants were out on arrival. Crews disconnected the batteries and made the vehicles safe. A person involved in the incident was left in the care of paramedics and the incident was left with police.

Time: 14:24  Location: Aspin View, Knaresborough

Whilst returning to base station, Harrogate crew stopped to assist a first responder administering first aid to a person who had fallen over and sustained minor injuries. Crews sheltered both the first responder and casualty from the rain until the arrival of a road ambulance.

Time: 15:53  Location: Near to Sutton in Craven

Skipton responded to a call from a road user reporting a fire in the open. On arrival this was found to be a controlled burn under supervision.

Time: 15:59  Location: Holgate Road, Acomb

A crew from Acomb responded to a request from the Police to gain entry to a property on behalf of the Ambulance service over concerns for the occupier. Crews gained entry and the property was found to be empty.

Time: 16:03  Location: B6161, Harrogate

A crew from Harrogate responded to a fire sighted in the open. On arrival this was found to be a controlled burn under supervision. Advice was given.

Time: 16:31  Location: Dunnington, York

Crews from Acomb and Huntington responded to a single vehicle road traffic collision. The occupant was out on arrival and crews made the vehicle safe.
