Crew from Richmond assisted a mother and her baby after they became trapped in a lift when it broke down. Crew used small tools to gain entry to the lift and free the occupants.

11:50 Bedale

A crew from Bedale assisted ambulance crews to gain entry to a property where the occupant had fallen. Crew used a door enforcer and bolt croppers to gain entry. Occupant was then left in care of paramedics.

12:39 Riccall

Crew from Selby assisted paramedics with a difficult extrication of a casualty from a property. Crew power used to lift casualty out of a ground floor window and in to the ambulance.
