Time: 09.21 Location: Shackleton Close, Scarborough
A crew from Whitby responded to a report of an alarm sounding in a residential premises. After a thorough inspection crews found this to be a false alarm.
Time: 09.33 Location: Low Wath Road, Pately Bridge.
Crew from Summerbridge responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a residential premises. After inspection this was found to be caused by an insect in a spider web.
Time: 11.29 Location: Thirsk
Thirsk crew responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding, after investigation this was found to be a false alarm with the cause being aerosol spray, crews assisted with ventilating the property and alarm was reset by the responsible person.
Time: 12.24 Location: Delwood, York
A crew from York responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding, after crews investigated this was a false alarm due to cooking fumes, the alarm was reset and advice was given to the responsible person present.
Time: 14.30 Location: Collingwood Gardens, Malton
Malton crew assisted police and ambulance safely extricate an individual from a property, crews used ambulance equipment to assist and once they were in the ambulance crews left the patient in the care of the paramedics.

A crew from Acomb responded to fire that had been sighted, upon arrival this was found to be a controlled burn under supervision, advice was given to the responsible person. No fire service action was required.
Time: 14.45 Location: Grosvenor Road, Scarborough
A crew from Scarborough responded to an alarm sounding at a property, nobody was present on crew arrival. After crews investigated this was found to be a false alarm, the alarm was reset by crews.
