Acomb crew attended to a small child with their leg trapped within a metal rocking horse. Bolt cutters and small tools used to free them safely, the child was left uninjured.
Time: 18:18 Location: Belle Vue Street, Filey
Filey crew attended a report of an automatic fire alarm at a residential property, this was confirmed to be a false alarm caused by cooking fumes.
Time: 21:06 Location: Ainderby Road, Romanby
Northallerton crews attended a toaster on fire within a residential property. Fire was out on arrival, crews used a thermal imaging camera to check for any further hotspots.
Time: 21:24 Location: Hardwicke Close, York
A crew from Acomb attended to a report of smoke near the train tracks. This was confirmed to be a false alarm and caused by workmen working on the tracks.
Time: 22:25 Location: The Copper Beeches, Dunnington
A crew from York attended a residential property due to fire safety concerns as the cooker wouldn’t turn off. Crews isolated the cooker at the mains and advice given to occupant.

Thirsk crew attended to a patient that had fallen within their residential address. Crews used crew power to get them back up safely and left them in the care of Ambulance.

Ripon crew attended to numerous calls regarding a wheelie bin alight. Crews used 1x hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
Time: 01:20 Location: Forest Lane, Harrogate
Crews from Harrogate and Knaresborough attended a residential premises after a late fire call. This was after a fire was set to a waste paper bin with the cause being deliberate. Fire was out on arrival.

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm, cause unknown.

Crew were mobilised to assist Ambulance with a difficult extrication of a patient to the Ambulance.
