Whitby crew responded to flooding in a property after a tap had been left on, crews assisted remove the water from the room.
Time: 08.29 Location: Boroughbridge Road, Romanby
Northallerton crews responded to an alarm sounding at a property. This was found to be a false alarm with the activation being accidental.
Time: 11.18 Location: Leyburn
A crew from Reeth responded to a fire alarm sounding at a property, crews investigated and this was found to be a false alarm due to contractors being onsite.
Time: 12.24 Location: Wetherby Road, Long Marston
Tadcaster responded to flooding in a premises crews used suction hose, hose divider and ground monitors to pump water out of the premises, crews handed over to the responsible person and advised them to contact a drainage company for professional advice.
Time: 14.09 Location: Northallerton
Northallerton crew attended afire alarm sounding at a premises, on arrival crews found that the alarm had been accidently activated by workers on site. Advice was given to the responsible person.
Time: 15.07 Location: Park Grove, Knaresborough
A crew from Knaresborough responded to a young child locked in a car, crews safely broke the window to gain access, the child was reunited with their parents safe and well. Crews then made the window safe and gave advice.
