Time: 09:26 Location: Edgehill Road, Scarborough
A crew from Scarborough responded to a request from the ambulance service to help gain entry to a property over concerns for the occupant. Small tools were used to gain entry and the casualty was left in the care of paramedics.
Time: 10:22 Location: Burneston Village, Burneston
A crew from Bedale responded to a report of a smell of burning from a vehicle. After a full inspection with a thermal imagining camera, no sign of fire was found.

A crew from Selby alongside appliances from West Yorkshire fire and rescue service responded to a report from a passer by of a vehicle smoking. Crews conducted a search and nothing was found.

A crew from Acomb responded to a dog which had climbed out of a window and was on the roof of a property. Crew power and a ladder was used to safely retrieve the dog who was safe and well.

A crew from Northallerton responded to smoke sighted in the open. On arrival this was confirmed as a controlled burn under supervision.

A crew from Skipton alongside an appliance from Lancashire Fire and Rescue responded to a single vehicle road traffic collision. The driver was out on arrival, crews disconnected the battery and made the scene safe.

Crews from Harrogate attended reports of a road traffic collision in which a vehicle had left the road. On arrival this was confirmed to be a vehicle from a historical road traffic collision and no fire service action was required.

A crew from Acomb responded to a request from ambulance to help with the extrication of a casualty. Crews assisted the casualty from a property to a road ambulance and they were left in the care of paramedics.

Time: 16:15 Location: Station Approach, Filey
Crews from Filey and Scarborough responded to reports of a fire sighted next to a building. This was a fire measuring 3m x 3m consisting of wood. Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish and dampen down.
Crews from Harrogate (x2) and York attended fire alarm activations. On arrival, after investigation these were all confirmed as false alarms.
