Incident Summary – Day Shift, Wednesday 25th March

Time: 1023       Location: Albion Crescent, Scarborough

Scarborough crew attended a commercial building following notification of an alarm activation. On arrival and following investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to cooking fumes.

Time: 1300       Location: A1237, Haxby

York crew attended a road traffic collision on request from Police on scene. All occupants were out of the vehicles. Crews carried out general scene safety and assisted Police with traffic control. Small diesel spill contained.

Time: 1334       Location: Stockwell Drive, Knaresborough

Harrogate and Knaresborough crews attended a residential property following an alarm activation. On arrival and following investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm.

Time: 1557       Location: Moor Lane, Newton on Ouse

York and Acomb crews attended a two vehicle road traffic collision. Crews assisted paramedics and made the scene safe. Incident left with Police.
