Time: 0721    Location: Settle

Crews From Skipton and Barnoldswick attended a commercial property following a report of smoke issuing. Crews found a fire inside involving towels and extinguished using one hose reel jet. Heavy smoke logging within the building was cleared using a ventilation fan.

Time: 0940    Location: Boroughbridge

Ripon attended an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and following investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm.

Time: 0941    Location: Cross Street, Scarborough

Scarborough attended a fire involving a domestic property. All persons out of the building. Fire out on arrival of fire service, inspection only. Thermal image camera used for checks. Advice given.

Time: 0952    Location: Ripon

Harrogate attended a domestic property following a request from Ambulance to assist with gaining entry. However, on arrival, forced entry was not required. Incident left with Ambulance.

Time: 1005    Location: A1 South bound carriageway, Catterick to Leeming

Richmond and Ripon crew with their incident support vehicle attended a single vehicle road traffic collision. This was vehicle pulling a trailer with cattle inside. Trailer had overturned. Crews assisted Police on scene and relocated the trailer. Crews then assisted farmer and vet with moving cattle from damaged trailer into another. Incident left with Police and Highways.

Crews extinguished a small camp fire left unattended in woodland. Lance, various backpack sprayers and small tools used to extinguish.

Time: 1423    Location: A1 North bound carriageway, Allerton Park to Boroughbridge

Crews attended the area following a report of heavy smoke issuing from the exhaust of a moving vehicle on the motorway. Full stretch of three junctions carried out with no sign of vehicle.

Time: 1537    Location: Sheep Street, Skipton

Skipton crew attended a commercial building following a report of smoke inside. However on arrival and following investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm. Advice given.

Time: 1605    Location: North Street, Ripon

Ripon crew attended an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and following investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm.

Time: 1651    Location: High Street, Northallerton

Northallerton crew extinguished a small fire within a street flower planter using bucket of water and small tools.
