Time: 17:39 Location: Cod Beck Reservoir, Osmotherley

Northallerton fire crew and Police responded to a report of males having a BBQ. Buckets of water used to extinguish and advice given. Males claimed to have not received any Government alerts.

Time: 18:03 Location: The Stonebow, York

York and Acomb crews attended a premises due to smoke within. After a check with a thermal camera, smoke attributed to an electrical fault. Premises advised to not re-open until an electrician has been to check property.

Grassington crew attended an incident following a report of wild camping. False alarm – smoke from campers burnt food.

Time: 18:39 Location: Dene Park, Harrogate

Harrogate crew attended following an automatic fire alarm which was found to have been caused due to a small fire outside the premises which smoke activated the alarm within.

Bentham fire crew attended a report of two campervans parked up and the occupants having a fire. False alarm. Responsible person with firepit. Crew advised that they move the firepit to hard standing.

Skipton crew attended following a a report of smoke sighted. False alarm – controlled attended burning in a rear garden. Though, together with advice given, fire crew used a hose reel to extinguish.

Time: 20:09 Location: Burniston Gardens, Scarborough

Scarborough crew attended following a a report of a fire in a rear garden.This was found to be a small BBQ. Advice given to extinguish with garden hose.

Time: 20:25 Location: Langsett Grove, Harrogate

Harrogate crew responded to an Ambulance request to assist with a casualty, however, on arrival casualty was being assessed by paramedics and required no Fire assistance.

York crew attended following an automatic fire alarm activation. False alarm. No keyholder present. Alarm left sounding with engineers enroute.

Time: 20:42 Location: Stuart Road, York

Acomb crew attended a fire taking place in a rear garden. This was found to be a brazier fire. Extinguished by crew using hose reel jet. Advice given.

Time: 20:43 Location: Pinewood Road, Harrogate

Harrogate crew attended a fire taking place in a rear garden. Attended controlled burning. Occupant extinguishing fire. Advice given.

Time: 20:50 Location: Wainstones, Great Broughton

Danby crew responded to a camp fire reported. On arrival it was extinguished. Advice given.

Time: 21:00 Location: Goathland

Whitby crew mobilised to a report of fires in the open. x2 fires extinguish by campers. Advice given.

Time: 21:14 Location: Great Ayton

x2 appliances from Cleveland and x2 fire crews from Northallerton attended a living room fire. Breathing apparatus rapid deployment was initiated. The fire had started in a music player cabinet. One occupant suffered smoke inhalation and another minor burns to hands.

Harrogate crew mobilised to a report of a fire in a rear garden. Fire crew advised homeowner to extinguish fire which they did with a garden hose.

Hawes crew responded to an attended fire in a field which was found to be a BBQ which had been extinguished.

Time: 22:24 Location: York Road, Thirsk

Thirsk crew responded to a reported fire near a campsite which was found to be attended controlled burning. False alarm.

Time: 22:38 Location: Eskritt Hill, Scarborough

Scarborough crew responded to a reported fire in a garden which was found to be in a garden brazier. Extinguished by watering can. Advice given.

Time: 00:29 Location: Redeness Street, York

York crew responded to a report of four persons stuck in a lift. All persons free from lift on Fire arrival.

Time: 01:39 Location: Carr Lane, East Ayton

Scarborough crew responded to a report of smoke smelled in area. Following a search on foot, no fire found or smoke detected.

There were also further automatic fire alarm activations responded to in: York x2, Northallerton and Selby. All proved false alarms.
