Time: 09:06 Location: Scarborough

Crew from Scarborough attended an automatic fire alarm report, this was confirmed to be a false alarm caused by a fault on the system.

Time: 09:43 Location: Oldways Lane, Hemingbrough

Selby crew attended to a tree on fire, hose reel jet used. The fire was deep seated into the tree and therefore crews will revisit tomorrow to check for further hotspots.

Time: 12:28 Location: Hutts Lane, Grewelthorpe

Crews from Leyburn, Thirsk and Ripon were called to an incident involving a light aircraft which had crashed. The pilot was released from the aircraft by emergency services and taken by air ambulance to hospital. Fire crews then checked for hazards and made the scene safe before leaving the incident with Police.

Colburn crew attended a residential premises to assist Ambulance with removing a casualty, crew power used to assist and left in care of Paramedics.
