Time: 11.05  Location:  Track to Olliver, Aske

A crew from Richmond responded to a report of an automatic fire alarm activation in a residential premises. This was found to be a false alarm caused by dust in the detector head.

Time: 11.53  Location:  Old Maltongate, Malton

A crew from Malton responded to an automatic fire alarm activation in a residential premises.  This was found to be a false alarm due to testing the system. Advice was given.

Time: 12.58  Location:  Institute Street, Glusburn

A crew from Skipton responded to a report of an automatic fire alarm activation in a residential premises.  This was found to be a false alarm due to testing the system. Advice was given to the responsible person.

Time: 13.09  Location:  Wigginton Road, York

A crew from York responded to a report of an automatic fire alarm activation at a multiple residential premises.  This was found to be a false alarm due to dust from workmen.

Time: 15.12  Location:  Cinder Lane, Leathley

A Crew from Harrogate responded to a report of a fire in woodland that had spread to the tree roots and into approximately 5m x 5m area of peat. Crews located a water source and used 1 hose reel jet to extinguish and dampen down the area.

Time: 16.44  Location:  Huntington Road, York

Crews responded to a request to assist a person who had got stuck 10 feet up a tree. This incident is ongoing at time of publication.
