Time: 17:53 Location: Blossomgate, Ripon

Ripon crews were mobilised to an Automatic Fire Alarm. On arrival was found to be a false alarm.

Time: 17:57 Location: Barff Lane, Brayton

Selby crews attended a small fire in the open. On arrival crews used Knapsack Sprayer and Thermal Imaging Camera to extinguish the fire and check for any further hot spots. No further action was required.

Time: 18:29 Location: Huntington, York

York crews were mobilised to a car fire. Upton arrival was found to be a false alarm. Advice was given to vehicle owner and no further action required.

Time: 18:41 Location: Heworth Green, York

York crews were mobilised to a small fire in the open. On arrival fire was found to be 3mx4m well alight. Crews used Knapsack Sprayers and a Bucket to extinguish the fire. Believed to be deliberate.

Time: 18:57 Location: Waterstead Lane, Whitby

Whitby crews were attended 2 persons trapped in a lift in a residential property. Power was shut off and restored. People were able to vacate the lift with no action from the fire crew.

Acomb Crews were mobilised to a fire in a residential property. On arrival was found to be a false alarm due to smoke from a pan. No further action required.

Time: 19:41 Location: Grosvenor Crescent, Scarborough

Crews were mobilised to a lift rescue at a residential property. Occupant was out on arrival. Lift was made safe by crews and advice was given.

Tadcaster Crews were mobilised to a small fire in the open. On arrival was found to be a false alarm. No further action required.

Scarborough Crews were mobilised to a small fire in the open. Upon arrival a search of the area was carried out and found to be a false alarm.

Pickering Crews were mobilised to a fire in the open. On arrival was found to be a controlled burn measuring approximately 10mx6m. Crews used 1 Hose Reel Jet and Pitchforks to extinguish the fire. Advice was given and left in the responsibility of the land owner.

York Crews were mobilised to a lift rescue. On arrival crews used small tools to release the person trapped.

York Crews were mobilised to a small fire in the open. The fire was approximately 1mx1m and was extinguished using a bucket of water.

Acomb Crews were mobilised to a small fire in the open. Fire had been extinguished before the arrival of fire crews by the police on scene. Believed deliberate.

Thirsk Crews were mobilised to a fire in the open. On arrival was found to be one small fire consisting of building materials. Approximately 1x1m. Crews used 1 Hose Reel Jet to extinguish the fire and no further action required.

Crews from Harrogate and Knaresborough responded to agricultural farm buildings on fire. Hose reel jets used to stop fire spreading and to extinguish.

Seen from some distance by the caller, a crew from Scarborough travelled to investigate a possible fire. After a thorough search of the given location, no sign of fire found.

Time: 05:00 Location: Kings Road, Harrogate

A Harrogate standby crew from Ripon investigated a small water leak in a residential premises which had affected the fire alarm. Source of leak not found. Advice given to occupant to speak with premises owner when they attend later this morning.
