Time: 1733 Location: Morton On Swale
Northallerton crew attended an area in the open following a report of smoke in the area. Crew confirmed this to be a small fire, under supervision of local farmer. Advice given, no action taken.
Time: 1849 Location: Osbaldwick, York
Acomb crew attended following a report of a fire in the area. Crew found this to be a small rubbish fire, out on arrival. No action required by fire service.
Time: 1920 Location: Bishop Thornton
Harrogate crew attended a two vehicle road traffic collision involving two cars. All persons out of vehicles, no injuries. Crews carried out general scene safety then handed over to Police.
Time: 1924 Location: Seamer Road, Scarborough
Scarborough crews assisted paramedics in lifting a patient who had fallen. Crew power used to assist. Casualty left in hands of paramedics for checks.
Time: 2045 Location: Newholm, Whitby area
A crew from Lythe assisted with moving a patient from a property into a road ambulance. Crew power used to assist.
Time: 2133 Location: Harrogate
Crews from Harrogate responded to a report of smoke sighted close to a residential building. This was a false alarm caused by cooking fumes from an extraction system at a nearby restaurant.
Time: 2343 Location: Brompton On Swale
A crew from Richmond responded to a report of an industrial unit issuing a large volume of smoke. This was a false alarm caused by steam.
Time: 0009 Location: Sherburn In Elmet
A crew from Tadcaster attended a fire in the open. Household waste had been illegally fly tipped in a gateway and deliberately set fire to. The crew used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. Details passed to relevant agencies.

Harrogate’s appliance responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a residential premises, this was found to be a false alarm.
Time: 0221 Location: York
Acomb’s crew were mobilised to an incident involving flooding inside a premises that resulted in an alarm activation. Crews silenced the alarm and gave advice to the occupier.
Time: 0239 Location: Topcliffe
A crew from Thirsk were requested by paramedics to assist with gaining entry to a property. Crews used a lock snapper to gain access, the property was resecured and the incident was left with paramedics.

Selby’s pump were mobilised to an incident involving an automatic fire alarm sounding at a commercial premises. This was found to be a false alarm.
Time: 0441 Location: Gateforth
Both Selby crews were requested by police to attend a property due to smoke issuing from it following the activation of an intruder alarm. This was found to be a false alarm due to a smoke cloak at the premises. Incident was left with police.
