Update at 15:06 Our crews are now leaving the incident. Forestry England will monitor the site of the fire ahead of a revisit by our team later today.

Update at 14:13 A number of crews are still in attendance and continue to work with Forestry Commission to turn over and damp down fire affected areas.

Update at 12:39 Crews are still dampening down the fire using tools and Hose Reel Jet to extinguish

We are currently attending a fire in Wykeham Forest, Sawdon, Scarborough.

A number of fire crews are responding on scene. 1 Argocat and 1 Water Bowser are in attendance.
