Crews from Malton and York attended a three vehicle road traffic collision in which one occupant was trapped inside a vehicle. Crews used cutting equipment to remove the side door and release the occupant who was taken to hospital via air ambulance. The occupant of one of the other vehicles was taken to hospital via road ambulance.

A crew from Scarborough responded to a report of guttering which was hanging dangerously on a building. Crews used a triple extension ladder to remove a 1 meter length of gutter.
Time: 11:11 Location: Braham Road, Wetherby
A crew from Tadcaster, alongside appliances from West Yorkshire fire and rescue responded to a report of a smell of burning inside a property. After investigation this was confirmed as a false alarm due to a fault on the system.

A crew from Northallerton responded to a report of a pile of wood chippings smouldering. On arrival this was confirmed to be a controlled burn and no fire service action was required.

A crew from York responded to a report of smoke sighted in the open. On arrival this was confirmed to be controlled burning under supervision.

A crew from Northallerton responded to two occupants who were trapped in their vehicle due to an electrical fault. A rear window was open and an occupant managed to pass the key fob to the crew who used it to release the occupants. Advice was given.

Crews from York and Easingwold responded to a hedge on fire which had spread to a nearby shed. Crews extinguished using two hose reel jets and dampened down the area.

A crew from Harrogate attended a residential property where the occupant was locked out with medication that was needed inside. Crew using a triple extension ladder to gain entry to the property.

A crew from Scarborough responded to a report of a dog on a second floor window ledge with concerns that it was in an unsafe position. On arrival of crews the dog had gone back into the property and crews used a triple extension ladder to close the window and prevent the dog being able to get back into an unsafe position.

A crew from Kirbymoorside responded to a request from the ambulance service to assist them with the extrication of a casualty. Crew power was used to move the casualty from a residential property to a road ambulance.

A crew from Whitby responded to a report of a fire sighted in the open. Crews carried out a thorough search of the area and no fire was found.

A crew from Acomb responded to reports of a fire in the open. This was a small fire consisting of wood and a lawnmower which was out on arrival of crews who dampened down using a backpack sprayer.

A crew from Whitby responded to reports of a fire sighted in the open. A full search of the area was completed and no fire was found.
